With almost 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Joseph Dominguez is the President of Cyber Guard.
In 2012, Joseph was victim of a cyber attack that let him feeling completely helpless. The attack had blocked all system access for him unless a ransom of $1,000 was paid. The ransom would double every two hours leaving him owing a total ransom payment of $64,000.
After the cyber attack, Joseph became fascinated with the idea of helping protect not only his company but others as well. After extensive training and education, he is now known as an expert and leader in the cyber insurance industry.
Joseph has written several articles and produced numerous educational videos as well as being a featured speaker at several major cyber security conferences around the country.
In 2019 Joseph launched Cyber Guard, an insurance company solely dedicated to help guard corporations against cyber threats now and in the future.
